As part of your service agreement, FCE will take full inventory of all mechanical systems and other important fixtures/aspects of your home requiring routine, seasonal or yearly maintenance. Upon gathering quotes from vetted industry professionals, FCE will prepare, maintain and manage a comprehensive schedule throughout the year to ensure your property is running in its optimal condition. We will work hand in hand with any current vendors you may already work with as well!
Tenant/Owner Liaison
Relax knowing your tenants and property are well taken care of. FCE will be the primary point of contact for all service requests, questions and daily correspondence. Having a 24/7 reliable professional available to your tenants is paramount in ensuring the success and longevity of your leasing arrangement.
Vacation/Extended Absence Watch
Whether you need the mail brought in, car(s) started or property checked on, rest assured, your home will be well taken care of while you are traveling. The only thing you should be worried about on your vacation is your tan!
24/7 Emergency Response
FCE is available 24/7 to respond to all emergencies, including but not limited to, plumbing/roof leaks, flooding, no heat/AC, etc.. We have long standing relationships with mitigation companies and will work hand in hand with your insurance company should a loss occur.

FCE will assess and proactively recommend maintenance actions to ensure your property is safe and sound. We can provide a variety of miscellaneous maintenance and repair services and work closely with a handful of well qualified vendors to tackle anything else your property may throw at us. We are fortunate to have a trusted, local network of vendors and service providers who you, as the homeowner, can leverage for “best in class” performance at rates you can be confident are competitive and fair. FCE is available to manage your larger projects as well. Born and raised in Fairfield County, Ryan has spent the past two decades building a robust, multifaceted career in Property Management, with specialized expertise in Private Estates. He is uniquely qualified to provide a premium level of service to homeowners based on his extensive background in local Real Estate, property management and construction.
Throughout his professional career as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Ryan has developed trusted relationships with a wide network of credible industry professionals. You can feel confident with the quality of service you will receive as a result. After years of working construction himself, Ryan is skilled at proactively recognizing needs/risks, making recommendations and tracking historical maintenance to ensure your investment is always running in its optimal condition. Ryan is trustworthy, reliable and passionate about protecting what is often a clients’ largest personal investment, their home!
Ryan is a CMCA, is Osha Certified and a licensed Real Estate agent.
He currently lives in Old Greenwich with his wife, Heather, son, Henry, and daughter Adeline.
